Eligibility

Employees who meet the eligibility requirements based on weekly hours worked may participate in the benefits program (see the chart in the Benefits Guide for details). Benefits begin on the first day of employment.

If you don’t enroll by the date when your benefits will go into effect, you will not have the opportunity to do so until
the next open enrollment period, unless you have a Qualifying Life Event.​

Eligible dependents include: (1) Your legal spouse, if their employer contributes less than 50% of their medical insurance premium; and (2) Your children up to age 26. Only those dependents who meet the eligibility requirements can enroll for coverage.
